Title

Bhaktamar Stotra Shlok no.48

The poet ‘Mantungacharya’ has compiled this garland like ‘Aadinath’ hymn that describes Lord Aadinath’s qualities. He has used beautiful vowels, consonants and flowery figures of speech such as ‘Yamaka’ (repetition of same word having different meaning), ‘Shlesa’ (use of words having multiple meanings) and ‘Anuprasa’ (alliteration). Mantungacharya assures that the prominent, upright and self-respecting individuals who regularly recite and retain this hymn with devotion are chosen ones and they naturally attain liberation. 48.
